To explain how our machine will achieve the task let’s share three different things: -

1. Technology Diagram of the Filtration System

Dirty/Polluted Air will enter the unit from 360 degrees and will come across a Cylindrical Filtration Drum consisting of 4 Physical Filters (Pre Filter + Carbon Filter + HEPA Filter + TiO2 Photo-Catalyst Filter). UV LED is at the top making its effect in the hollow of the cylindrical drum. Hence the Air is forced to pass through each and every filter and come in contact with the UV once it is inside the machine.

Di-electric Plasma Ioniser is near the outlet of the Air and its released along with filtered air to be spread across the room.

The strong CADR of our unit ensures higher air flow circulation through the room with intake from all 360 degrees and air output in a cyclonic vortex formation.

2. Effect of UV + Photo-Catalyst Technology on the Virus and Bacteria Caught inside the Filtration Drum.

The TiO2 Photo-Catalyst filter along with UV works really well to create a shield of OH- radical on the complete layer thereby inactivating the DNA & RNA of the Virus and the Bacteria.

Photocatalytic titanium apatite filter (PTAF) is a new material that has been reported to have an ability to absorb and inactivate bacteria. The inactivation effect of PTAF on serious acute respiratory syndrome coronary virus (SARS-CoV) was tested. The results showed that PTAF filter inactivated/ decomposed SARS CoV completely after 6h interaction under the condition of UV irradiation.

3. How the spike protein of the SARS Cov 2 or Covid-19 can be made ineffective by the principle of Ionization.

The negative ion generator helps to control the virus, bacteria, and fungal infections in a closed environment, it could clean up the air and disinfect areas that are exposed to the infection through Covid 19 positive cases and suspects. Hence it could ensure the well-being of the staff, doctors, and nurses who are working round the clock in the quarantine facilities.
