4. How often should I change the filters?

Typically, filters last 12-14 months depending on daily usage time and air quality in your area. HEPA and carbon filters should be replaced annually in high-pollution areas. Your purifier also has a filter replacement indicator to alert you when it’s time.

5. Other brands claim filter life of 2 years or 5 years etc. why not CRUSADERS ?

Typically, True HEPA & CARBON along with TiO2 Photo-Catalyst filters last 3500 hours maximum and even that is depending on the air quality in your area. For example a smoker’s house the filters will get exhausted faster in comparison to a normal home. So the life of a filter is very heavily dependent on the environment it is being used in. Making false claims on filter life is a bad way to misguide a customer and lure him towards a product without giving facts on after sales support.

As a matter of fact, if you run a machine with choked filters it will likely cause you more harm and even damage the main machine motor. Hence our units come with an inbuilt filter life indication which tells you when a filter is choked and it needs a replacement.
